These transit times are estimates from the UK mainland. Please note that freight can sometimes be delayed by customs enquiries.
Consignments entered before 11.30am can be collected the same working day. Orders entered after 11.30am will be collected the next working day (or on another specified date if requested).

We also offer a premium service upgrade option: Specific-Timed Collection (whereby you can specify what time you would like your pallet(s) to be collected, ideal for added convenience). There is a surcharge of £15 + vat for this service.
Normal delivery hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Unfortunately we're unable to give approximate collection/delivery times for consignments on a standard service.

Our Tail-Lift Service
Our tail-lift service is ideal for residential addresses and businesses that don't have a fork-lift truck to load and unload goods delivered on pallets.
Where a tail-lift is requested, the vehicle will be equipped with a pallet truck (a manually operated hydraulic lifting trolley) which lifts the pallet a couple of inches off the ground enabling it to be wheeled to the vehicle's rear tail-lift. The tail-lift is then raised to the level of the vehicle's deck by an electric motor, so that the pallet can be wheeled into the vehicle.
A tail-lift service is available on collection and/or delivery, and there is no extra charge for this service.
Freight is carried under RHA Conditions for the part of the journey within the UK, and under CMR Conditions whilst in Transit in Europe.
Insurance cover is included subject to a maximum liability £1.30 per kg. Additional independent insurance cover should be arranged if goods exceed this value
EuropeanPallet is a network pallet distribution system. From collection point to delivery point, the pallet or pallets on which your goods are packed or secured, will be transhipped a minimum of eight times. Please see "Pallet Definitions" for our packing requirements and guidelines. Please note that in the event of damage to your goods whilst in transit, insurance cover may be reduced or refused if our packing requirements are not adhered to.
When your goods are delivered, the person responsible for accepting and signing for the goods should make a brief examination of the outer packaging. If any damage is apparent or suspected, the delivery note should be endorsed accordingly. The word "unchecked" or similar will not be accepted as claused. Insurance companies will not consider a claim for damage or loss when a "clean" or "clear" proof of delivery is produced. Any discrepancies at the delivery point must be reported in writing within 7 days of the date of delivery.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we must be notified in writing at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery in the event of damage to a consignment and within 14 days of despatch in the event of loss. Failure to notify us at this address may result in insurance cover being reduced or refused.
